USPS is one of the most affordable methods to ship packages to our customers. USPS delivers packages six days a week (Monday – Saturday) and work very hard to get the mail out. The only downfall to USPS is the lack of tracking updates and most of the time you will have your package before tracking has been updated.
USPS Tracking number isn't really tracking, it's a delivery confirmation number.. There may be a scan here or there that shows package movement but not always.
In addition there is a document called the 'Scan Form' that is a manifest of packages that were shipped on a given day.
When the 'Scan Form' is printed and scanned by USPS it will show that we have handed the package(s) over to them for delivery.. 'Scan Form' printing cutoff time is 11am EST and unfortunately sometimes we miss it so a package may only show 'Electronic Info Received' until it reaches your local Post Office or your location.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We do not typically accept refunds and exchanges. You must email us seeking refund or exchange approval at: Vaporham Lincoln@gmail.com
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item
